These terms apply to the Sovio website at sovio.io and to Ask Again Later – Studio, the production tool described on its own page. By using either, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
About Sovio
Sovio is a brand for creative and technology ventures, not a separately incorporated entity. “Sovio”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the brand and website. Descriptions of ventures on this site reflect their status when written. Ventures marked as early-stage or planned are not offers of any product or service.
Using the website
- The website is provided for general information. It has no accounts and sells nothing directly.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting.
- Do not scrape the site to build datasets, or present its content as your own.
Content & intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the site's text, design, the Sovio name and wordmark, and the artwork and characters of our ventures belong to the operator. You may link to pages and quote brief excerpts with attribution. Any other reproduction needs our written permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify their products. Their use does not imply endorsement.
Ask Again Later content
Ask Again Later is comedy built around real explanations. Episodes are researched and fact-checked, but they are entertainment and general information, not professional, scientific, medical, legal or safety advice. Do not try the ridiculous things in the episodes. The channel's videos on YouTube are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
Ask Again Later – Studio
- Ask Again Later – Studio is a private tool for the owner of the Ask Again Later channel. It is not offered to the public, and no one else is permitted to sign in to it.
- The tool uses YouTube API Services. By using it, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
- How the tool uses Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy. Access can be revoked at any time at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
Third-party services
The site links to services we do not control, such as YouTube. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
Disclaimers & liability
The website, its content and Ask Again Later – Studio are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sovio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
